All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, which allows us to offer competitive prices and free/low-cost shipping worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Costs
We offer Free shipping on all orders over £50.
Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Certain items (such as intimate apparel, swimwear, or custom products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.
Return Process

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order has not arrived within 60 days (and tracking shows no movement), you may be eligible for a full refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Exchanges
